Return, Refund and Shipping Policy

Returns are valid for missing, damaged, and wrong items. In case you've received a damaged, missing, or incorrect item as per your order please intimate this issue within 24 hours along with the opening video of the defected product once you receive the order. Send us the the pictures and videos of the damaged delivered package and product on info@athleticnutraceuticals.com. Also, intimate us on call/WhatsApp on our customer helpline number 866 8439 317.

Note down the below points before returning the products:

The product should be in original packaging and sealed.
Used products or opened boxes will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Fitness accessories will not be accepted for the return.
Supplements sold in a combos won't be taken aback as a single unit.
Supplements sold under the "clearance sale" or under any "sale" will not be accepted for return.

Once we receive your returned product you'll get the call or email.
After the proper inspection of the product we will notify you if the product you returned stands for the refund or exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
